ORDERS

How do I place an order? Simply browse our collections, select your size and click Add to Cart. When you are ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.

Can I modify or cancel my order? We process orders quickly so please contact us at support@floralace.com as soon as possible if you need to make any changes. We cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed.

How will I know my order is confirmed? You will receive an email confirmation with your order details shortly after placing your order. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it.


SHIPPING

How long does shipping take? We deliver within 7 to 14 business days for most destinations. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing before shipping.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Standard shipping is $4.99 for orders below this amount.

Will I receive a tracking number? Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally? Yes we ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs processing.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How do I start a return? Simply email us at support@floralace.com with your order number and reason for return and we will guide you through the process.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.


SIZING

How do I find my size? We recommend checking our Size Guide page for detailed measurements. If you are between sizes we generally recommend sizing up for the best fit.

Do your sizes run true to size? Most of our pieces run true to size. We always recommend checking the size guide on each product page for the most accurate fit.


PRODUCTS

What materials are your products made from? Our pieces are crafted from high quality fabrics including soft lace, satin and delicate mesh. Full material details are listed on each product page.

How do I care for my Floralace pieces? We recommend hand washing in cold water with a gentle detergent. Lay flat to dry and avoid tumble drying to preserve the delicate fabrics.


PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal and any other payment methods available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store any payment information on our servers.
